Westgate, MD upgrade

This project involved a three story addition and renovation of a house in the Westgate neighborhood MD, while maintaining the original charm of the house. The goal was to create a comfortable and functional family home with ample entertaining space. The addition at the back, on all three levels, gave enough space for the growing family.

The first floor was reconfigured to create an open kitchen integrated with the living and dining rooms. The second floor primary suite was expanded to include a walk-in closet, a bathroom with a double vanity, shower, and tub. The hall bathroom was also enlarged and given access from a bedroom and the hall. The basement included a family room and a bedroom suite.

The renovation preserved the original period trim and molding details while incorporating modern finishes and amenities. The master suite is a serene retreat with spa-like finishes. Throughout the home, a neutral color palette creates a timeless and elegant atmosphere.
