We’re excited to provide a free initial consultation to discuss your project and answer any questions you might have. We'll schedule an in-home consultation with one of our designers if we both want to move forward. During this, we’ll explore your goals, evaluate your space, and consider your lifestyle, resulting in a design plan tailored for your renovation along with our design fees and estimated budget range.
Design Process
Our design process begins with architectural concept drawings and a feasibility analysis, considering zoning requirements, historic preservation, and jurisdictional factors. Once we've refined the design to a layout that excites you, we assist in selecting finishes and finalizing design details, culminating in comprehensive construction documents. The fee for our complete design services is 12% of your project's estimated construction cost. Let us your vision to life with our expert guidance every step of the way.
Schematic Design
To initiate our collaboration, a 50% deposit of the design fee is required. We'll work together to bring your vision to life through detailed as-built drawings, engaging 3D models if needed, and a thorough construction budget estimate. This phase is essential for ensuring that every aspect of your project is planned and executed. Let's embark on this exciting journey together.
Design Development
At this stage, with 25% of the design fee balance, we will enhance your design concept by incorporating details, leading to a more precise construction cost estimate. will work closely with the designer to choose materials and finalize design features. Additionally, we may produce detailed 3D renderings and update your budget to align with the last design decisions."
Construction Documents
DE design is dedicated to a smooth transition to construction. We'll finalize your permit drawings, make any necessary design adjustments, and assemble a comprehensive set of construction plans for our Construction Team. Your project is in expert hands, and we're excited to bring your vision to life. Completing the last 25% payment of design fee.

Pre-Construction
We’re getting close to the start of construction. With the contract signed and permits secured, it’s time to finalize selections project details with our Pre-Construction Team. We’ll also schedule construction, have an on-site meeting.
Construction
The Build Begins.
Your dedicated Project Manager will keep you informed throughout the construction process with weekly meetings. Our experienced construction team will be available to answer any questions and address any concerns.
