Bethesda, Colorful Open Kitchen

On the existing floorplan, we opened up the kitchen and reworked the layout to improve efficiency and flow. A new skylight above the kitchen introduces natural light into the space, while built-in storage in the new mudroom adds thoughtful utility. We also opened the wall and added an island between the kitchen and dining room to improve sightlines and create a more connected floorplan, created cathedral ceilings and connected to the screen porch conversion into an interior space.
